Havent been on here in a few years but had to come back after todays experience
I was a member of this website a while ago and worked hard to have lucid dreams doing regular RC's, Dream jornaling and other techniques but eventually gave up after only being decently lucid twice in about a 6 month period. Since i am sad to say dreams are rare for me.
Well today i decided to take a nap, and i woke up to my girl friend coming in the door i said hello and had a regular conversation and all of a sudden woke up on my couch and she was not home, well i went back asleep and i opened my eyes *not knowing i had fallen asleep* and i say omg i just had a dream that u came home lol.... then i said wait a second how do i know this isnt a dream to her and she said baby your not dreaming lol and gave me a kiss i said yes i am and tryed to wake myself up finally i jolted up, i thought damn these dreams are real like i could barely tell the diffrence between reality and my dreams, so i went back asleep * Unknowingly again* i opened my eyes thinking i wasnt dreaming and saw my girlfriends mom i said what are you doing here she said something and i said ive been having the coolest dreams, then i realized i was dreaming again and i flew around a little bit this time it was a little harder to wake myself up, i had about 7 of these lucid dreams each time it seeemed to become more difficult to wake myself up.
The crazy thing is everytime i fell asleep i *woke Up* right where i was laying so it took me a while to realize it was a dream everytime it was so life like everything in the room looked the same i must of fell asleep and woke up 7x's in a hour so i reached lucidity really quickly to me it seemed as soon as i closed my eyes i was opening them back up in the dream world well, after realizing it was coming harder and harder to wake myself up i decided not to go back to sleep cause i got scared lol, all i can say is i think ima give lucid dreaming another chance ima take a nap tommorow at the same time :)
