Anyone had issues with Sleep Paralysis wearing off a little early?

So I had an interesting first time experience the other night. I woke up in my bed and realized i was dreaming. First thing i normally do is jump out the window so i did so and began to fly around. I saw a man pick up a puppy and throw it down on the ground. I got mad to i went down to heal it with my dream powers. Suddenly im on my knees trying to concentrate when this skinless, bleeding woman appears and starts shambling towards me. Any other time this would have scare me but i fully knew it was a dream so i just ignored her. Suddenly she was up in my face as i'm trying to heal this puppy so i moved my hand to kind of shoo her away. I then woke up and actually moved my hand in the waking world and smacked it into a storage box i keep next to my bed. It was very strange. Has anyone else had something like this happen?

Not with moving my limbs. Just today, I was telling a friend of mine in a dream not to wake me up, because I'm about to have a lucid dream and as I come to a little, I realized I'm speaking IWL. And couple of night ago, I pigged out on some cakes and ham and woke up just a little and noticed, I'm still chewing and swallowing. Maybe face/mouth is not under such a strong SP as rest of the body?

Used to have really weird SP issues. I've kicked the wall next to my bed, dashed my head on the real bedstead when a bomb exploding in my face in a dream, and violently thrown myself out of bed and onto the floor. I can't say I'm sad that doesn't happen much anymore.

It has happened to me. The most notable time was the night after I broke my hand. I had a temporary cast on it until I could get the bones properly set. That night I had a dream that I was wearing a big power glove of some kind. I tried to pull it off in the dream and immediately woke up with a searing pain in my hand. While I was still asleep I had actually tried to pull the cast off with my other hand.

Yeah, that's kinda natural. It often happens when your dream is not stabilized. Always remember to stabilize your dream after every other minute.

I had a dream in witch I kissed my crush, but then I realized it was just a dream. I got so mad I threw a punch in the air that woke me up :))
