I got these one a day vitamin things. it has vitamin b5, b6 and some other stuff. Is this gonna work to help recall and vividness if I take then before bed, or if I go to bed at ten when should I take it?

I have read that vitamin b6 helps some people have really vivid dreams, but I tried them for a couple days last week and they did nothing for me, I guess it all depends on the person.
The best time to take B vitamins is after 4-5 hours of sleep... this affects vividness for most people.
