its a nightmare when I write my dream in DJ

if you read Stephen La'berge Book, you'll know that dream has a meaning. When I get a nightmare dream and I fill it up on my DJ, I began aware of what will happens in my day, day by day, after day, after day. unfortunately, after I write this nightmare dream I began to remember this dream all the time until this dream appear in my life as a bad sign, in my day. it's like I know what will happens in my day cause of my dream telling me. so I stop writing DJ, cause I will remember that dream, I will know what will happens and this is scared my day.

Note: I can't change the situations although I know what will happens, it's like "here's your destiny, just watch!!!"

can you give some answer how to handle this...

Wow, I haven't heard of anyone having it like you before. If it's affecting your life that much then I suggest you don't try to recall your dreams.

That sounds creepy. Does something similar happen with your good dreams?

What you describe sounds like you have some real anxieties, perhaps some reason these dreams are bothering you more than they should.

Have you considered talking to a professional, a psychologist perhaps? Someone who could help you get over this so your dreams don't impact you so.

It's not healthy to let your dreams impact your waking life so negatively. It's time to get rid of the fear.

Maybe your dreams are telling you what COULD happen, as a warning? Then you can ready yourself and think of ways, how to change the outcome, so it's pleasant. We are making our own destiny. There may be some milestones, but how we get there, is up to us, by our actions. Don't accept your dreams as a done deal, but rather as only one of the possibilities.

But I agree, don't write the bad dreams down. The less you think about them, the better. Hope you figure it out:)

You can't just let a nightmare (or a DC) control your waking, nor your dream life !

Get angry !!
Make the nightmare SORRY for freaking you out.

Now seriously.. Every dream has its own meaning (or at least i think so), the point is, i used to have nightmares, they would freak me out , A LOT.
But once i realised i can control my dream (when i was 7-8) i started dealing with the problem..

Every single night i had a same dream, couple of times a night.
I would wake up, my heart would be racing, i would get paranoid and every day it just got worse and worse..

That dream was about me, lost in a street, and a skeleton..
Skeleton was chasing me, and chasing, and chasing, and when i couldn't run any more i would shut my eyes hardly and try to wake up!
The more i tried to forget that dream, i would have it more often, every night i was like "Oh please don't let me dream that again", AND I WOULD !!

Then, one night, i got tired of all the running..
So i stopped, he came to me, and i said in a scared stuttering voice "Why are you chasing me??"
And he said "Because you are running away."

That's the last time i had that dream.

So the point is, you have to deal with your nightmare, and find out its meaning. And then it won't be a nightmare any more :) ..
