SP and WILD problems
So I think I may have like restless leg syndrome or something because when I try to WILD my leg start hurting to the point i have to move it. It's always the same leg and it's quite annoying. Anyone else have this? Anyone have suggestions? I have woken up in sleep paralysis before and used it to have a Lucid Dream, although it was more of a OBE. Anyway that happens very rarely so I want to master WILD.

The pain may be from putting pressure on something while laying there. If I lay on my side my shoulders and hips get soar, so it could be a blood flow thing. Another thing is moving. Moving correctly is less harm to a WILD than being uncomfortable. If you need to adjust or switch sides, just do it calmly and gradually. If your nose itches, don't just reach up and scratch like normal. Instead gradually and relaxed, move your hand, do not do it fast.

Usually, when the focal point of body awareness is set on a distraction, it tends to be detrimental to a WILD attempt (at least this is true for me). You won't fall asleep in this case, as you are in a mindset that prevents you from falling asleep - you are aware of something and are completely conscious of that.
I am not sure about the pain you describe, but usually when I itch, I shift awareness to something else, even if its nothingness. Beyond that, sometimes you might just have to actually move. Just because you move doesn't end the WILD attempt, and it does not mean you have to start over. Just like you can move around as you naturally fall asleep, so to can you move around until you WILD (which is still you falling asleep, but being aware when you start dreaming).
