Improving riding skills with Lucid Dreaming?
Hello there, I had a little question that I wanted a variety of opinions on.
As most of you who know me, you know I ride mountain bikes a lot. I have come across a fear of a local trail. I can usually do most of the stuff there and almost never crash but I am still scared going there.
I have known for quite some time that you can improve certain skills in a lucid dream, but I was wondering, could I possibly rid myself of this fear by riding the trail constantly in a lucid dream? Maybe even try doing some of the jumps I would like to hit in a lucid dream. This was just a thought and I thought I could use some opinions.
So does anyone have an idea if this could work? I sorta think it does but I want a few opinions.
