So I used to have a pretty good ratio of recognizing dream signs and being able to go lucid, but now I really can't anymore. My dreams have gotten almost so real that I believe I'm actually NOT dreaming, even though I would most DEFINITELY question it in waking life.
I've also been regularly checking my hands in waking life (if I go out at night I try to do int once every 20 seconds while walking from bar to bar) but that has not transferred over to my dreams at all.
Maybe try using reality as a dream sign? When things seem extremely real then try to do a reality check, but do them properly rather than always saying this is so real it can't be a dream. If the reality check suggests that you are not dreaming then try another one just in case.

Thank you! I will try that. I'm also going to start doing the nose plug method and see how that works out.
On a side note, I wish there were tutorials on how to fall asleep fast and/or without having to freaking itch something in your body every 29 seconds. I have a question: if I lay still for more than 20 minutes I should be going to sleep right? I figured my body should have entered sleep paralysis, but all I feel is my arms or legs becoming numb, and then I can still move them :panic:
