Trying to make OoBE

Hi,

I have in the past been doing some Lucid Dreamings. After a while I have lost the inspiration I had since I started doing it, so I wanted to try to Astral project or have OoBE's. I have succeeded a few times, but in the last attempts i've been feeling really strange things.

Everytime i've been trying to come into the state you need to be in, I can feel something leave my body and I can feel my physical body and mind. Last time I tried to Astral project really freaked me out, because I thought I was going to die.

I had a very strange feeling that my heart was going to stop as I was leaving my body and feeling lighter. Not only that, it feels like I am not breathing aswell. This has not happened before and I am considering in avoiding more attempts due to this frightening cause.

When I am leaving my body, I don't see or hear anything as I did before. I am sure I am not having a Lucid Dream because of this. I just feel relaxed, and trying to leave my body and succeeding, but I can't go anywhere nor hear and see what i'm doing.

Does anyone know what i'm experiencing? It's really hard to explain. I want to continue doing AP's.
