Since I starting taking b6, ive been having problems trying to sleep. Is it the b6 if so why does it happen and is it possible to fix?? |

I agree with Quietus. I have had similar effects with B12. In fact, both can give you energy in the daytime, which is good if you need that. However, neither should be taken right before bed especially if they begin to induce insomnia. |
