Probably best to come off the supplements. A quick google search says that over consumption of B6 can cause insomnia:
B-Vitamins: DRI/RDA, Overdose, Side Effects, Deficiency Symptoms
But then it could be any number of things =/
I agree with Quietus. I have had similar effects with B12. In fact, both can give you energy in the daytime, which is good if you need that. However, neither should be taken right before bed especially if they begin to induce insomnia.
If you're reluctant to give up B6 altogether, then take it much earlier in the day. Otherwise, you can opt for foods rich in B6. Raw pistachios and bananas for example.
Good luck, as I know insomnia is a pain, not just for lucid dreaming, but for a healthy good night's sleep as well. :)
