      Dream yoga

      I have the next four days off because of Easter so I will be doing a form of dream yoga where you go about your day but always be telling yourself that you are dreaming. So if you have breakfast than you think to yourself that this is dream food. The idea is that when you are actually dreaming you will do this and get lucid. I will do this constantly all day for the next four days. Let me know what you think of it and feel free to give it a go yourself and post your results here

      Even though I'm just a DC I think it's a good idea, do you have any recommentations on what to read on dream yoga and where I can find exercises?

      The method you're attempting is called ADA. (stands for All day awareness) You should check out the topic to get more insight and advice about this. Good luck with your dreams.

      The important point here is to not merely mutter "I'm dreaming", but to genuinely consider the world as a dream. If your words/thoughts lack will and intent, then they are but mere hollow wisps of thought with little power or effect.

      Who looks outside, dreams;
      who looks inside, awakes.
