Something weird that keeps happening in my dreams.

My dreams seem to have a common sign from what I've seen: they instantly transition between watching something happen on a TV/video game to me actually doing it and back. For example I might be playing a video game like Minecraft with a mouse, keyboard, and GUI but suddenly be fully immersed in the world and control my whole body. On the contrary I might be doing something fun only for it to turn into just watching a TV show. This seems really odd, but for some reason it seems natural enough to Not RC even when I am fully aware in the dream.

What do I do? I actually can't RC when I'm watching tv or whatever, it feels like I have no body.

I suppose one thing I could do is practice being aware of my surroundings and myself... Existing when I watch tv of play a game in real life. Would that help?
