Congrats Sivason:) Oh boy, from you, I would love to learn so many things. Meditation. To start with something simple, that quiets your mind. Then chakra meditation. To open them gently, so they stay in balance. Something to raise your vibrations to higher frequency, if there is such a thing. Something, that you feel gave you the best results and helped you the most in LD/OBE. You can throw in some rules of behaviour in astral.
What would you like to teach? :)
Im excited to learn about anything you would like to teach. What do you feel most knowledgeable about? What is your favorite aspect of lucid dreaming?
Gab, that is a good idea. I would like to share some of the mystical/spiritual aspects of waking or sleeping world.
Robotbutler, My favorite aspects of dreaming are those invovle with training the brain and learning skills. I love developing more aspects to your dreams. All of this fits in with a life long obsession with Kundillini Yoga.
It sounds like meditation would be a good choice and I can eventually cover the more mystical stuff in the same class, after a few people get good at the basic stuff.
Update: I wil be teaching a class called "Dream Yoga" It will start with meditation and can branch out into lessons on other topics.
Spacebaba, Kundalini is my life long passion, so I will eventually give some lessons on it. I will pick lessons based on how interested people are.
great to hear you got a class, meditation surely. I would really like if you taught some on kundalini yoga. This has been an interest of mine aswell.
Sounds very interesting! When will the course start and how to enroll? I'm new here and not quite aware of the procedures :)
Well I said anything, you seem extremely experienced in most areas of Dreaming.
So:
DILD, WILD (?), Beyond Dreaming or you could pick something that really interests you (take it up with matte).
...
Congrats mate!
Dream yoga, perfect!
I have been asked if I would mind waiting awhile before starting. It will be on Dream Yoga and after basic meditation, I will give some instruction in Kunadalini and Chakras.
The readon to wait before starting is so that people will have time to take each class. Two classes are starting now, so I plan on starting in the summer. It will give me lots of time to prepare.
I learned from a master and have not read any books about Dream Yoga, so I just ordered three books. I do not know if they will be helpful, but I should at least see what they say, so it gives me time for that.
Wow! I also want to attend these classes. You want to start a class with Dream Yoga, which is great.
I'm really looking forward to this course!
Just finished reading the book "The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep", which was written in an "easy-to-understand" kind of way. However, I still feel a course like this would make learning so much more fun and interesting. The author also recommends having a master who guides you on your path to dream yoga :)
Dream Yoga sounds awesome. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but I suppose that is one of the things I'll learn! Can't wait :)
I've wanted to learn yoga for quite a long time now so I think I'll join too once this starts.
Yeah, i am also looking forward to this course :)
When will you going to start these classes?
