Well i've had about 8 attempts on lucidity using the (WILD) method. But half heartedly though and wasn't able to get past the Hypnogogic hallucinations phase.
Today i think i had a DILD or a MILD , i dont remember, but what i do remember is that i was in a dream. wondering why the hell can't i lucid dream.
I only remember this. is this a somewhat lucid dream or what?
I've had lots of these but I'm not sure whether or not you would say it is semi lucid. I don't think so though but it does mean that lucid dreaming is entering your subconscious which is a good sign of progress.
Haha yes progress =]. Out of curiosity how long did it take for you to become lucid? How many times did you attempt it.Quote:

Just reach into your subconscious and go deeper and keep going deeper within and let go of analyzing what state you are in, or were in. Ive had lucid dreams in which i thought i was still in the stage before i transitioned into the dream, only in the morning did i realise that i was in a dream.
Hm, well it took me about six weeks before I had my first very short lucid. That was by DILD but I have never delved into WILDing, just keep at it, you should definitely see improvements if you just keep it at the front of your mind.
