Can you have sleep paralysis in a dream?

I'm not sure if last night was the first time i had sleep paralysis. I don't even remember how it started anymore but i just remember laying in bed and being paralyzed, then I started to hear things and i kinda felt like i was being pulled off of my bed. It was really scary but I remember reading that it's scary for a lot of people. Eventually I was able to stand up and I dont remember the rest except for the dream I had was sooooo long (not lucid) that when i woke up it felt really weird to be back in reality like i forgot all about it.

I'm just wondering if this was actual sleep paralysis or if I had a dream about having sleep paralysis lol
