Have you ever tough you were dreaming when you weren't ?

Today walking down a street I saw a girl that seemed a lot like an ex-girlfriend of mine. I tough at the same time, it can't be real and started a RC, looking at the time, at my clothes, at everything around me, thats when I saw a mail package that looked very similar to one she sent to me once, i looked to the left and there was a letter in the ground that was a lot alike a letter she sent to me, then I started to think that I was dreaming. But I wasn't dreaming xD.

Did it happen to anyone else here ?

PS: I'm lucky I didn't try to fly

Happened to me once, on the come down of a psychedelic experience at a festival. I went to sleep in my tent, and alittle time passed and I felt like I could almost OOBE. I got up and thought I was in the dream and lucid. I woke up my friend sleeping next to me, and told him we were dreaming. I asked him if this was a dream, he said no... I didnt fully believe him. I went around and woke up my other friends from there tents asking them if this was a dream. It was a very weird experience. Took a while till I felt more grounded and fully convinced.

I helped my son move the other day. After heavy lifting he asked me to reassemble his bed. My hand was trembling due to overuse and I could NOT screw in a simple screw. It was ridiculous! I laughed and thought I MUST be dreaming. I did an RC just to make sure it was 'real'. I was pretty sure I was awake but questioned enough to make sure.

Ooh I have this a lot, my main reality check is when something strange happens and I think "this must be a dream".
For example a road here was cut of because a building partially collapsed, so I RC already convinced it must be a dream, but it wasn't. :')
