About RC and ADA
I know what they are by know and they are great methods, How many should I do within an hour? or day possibly?
because If I play a video game or use the computer it is enough to distract me from doing them, its been exactly 2 weeks since I wanted to take up LD :D
This is important to me because I'd like to know not to overdo RC and ADA incase of stress

I'm not sure you can overdo ADA. I think the point is to become hyper aware.
It should just be something you do all the time.
As for RC...it shold be as often as you need but only if it is significant to you. If you are doing RCs for everything they won't have any meaning, and your mind won't connect to it.
RCs should be done for something you will connect to and recognize.

I think reality checks should only be used a few times a day or whenever you see a dream sign or when you see something odd. ADA however should probably be practiced as often as you can. I would only recommend doing ADA less if it became too much of a distraction from important things or if you get tired out from it. Other than that, use ADA as often as you can.

Sort of what they said but I'll put it in a way you can do it.
When you're playing on the computer, just be aware of your finger tips touching the keys, and be aware of what you feel, smell, etc. Do this as often as possible. And Melanie said doing RCs randomly is wrong. Well when you get a sudden burst of awareness you'll need to check if you're dreaming or not so do it every time you become aware, you might find yourself in a dream. But don't do them mindlessly.

Sounds like we're all saying basically the same thing.
At least, Toad, you know you're on the right track. :)
