      Sleep Paralys in WILD

I've been trying to perform a WILD for some times and haven't been succesful in any of them...

For what I've understood I should start to feel sleep paralys but I feel like it will never come. It takes about 10 minutes or less to I feel my body starting to "sleep", starting from my hands, my arms and my legs. But after that I stay awake for one hour (maybe more) and don't get almost nothing of Hypnagotic Imagery or Complete SP.

I've tried it last time this afternoon, so I would guess that the problem is that I wasn't in a REM period. Is there anything else that I may be doing wrong?

I experience similar issues with WILDs, I lay there motionless and eventually tingles start to come, maybe start experiencing short "mini-dreams" where I can quite vividly hear sounds and see images for a few minutes at a time but then I just end up laying there with nothing happening.

If you think mild tingling sensations means your body is going into SP then you are sorely mistaken. Believe me, you'll know when your body is going into SP.

Also I recommend wearing a diaper to bed.

Make sure you attempt the WILD in rem by using the technique Wake Back to Bed.

I had SP many times in my life, and I know the feeling when it is almost coming, thats what I feel when I try it, but I only get in the "almost there".

I think I'm gonna do this. But only when I have patience to do a WBTB xD
I thought I could try this in the afternoon, but maybe it's hard for me cause I don't sleep too fast.
