Melatonin & B6
i was thinking about trying these becasue they help with vivid dreams which is what i am looking for. is there any thing you would not suggest doing with them like takeing them togeather or at a young age[im 14] and what dose to take. im not sure if i really need them i would just like to try. any info you have on these things i would be thankful for

jk im really not an old person im 14 too. Personally i stay off substances but seeing that this is a vitamin then i guess its all right...

We make melatonin whenever it gets dark, so it's really natural and really extremely safe. You could take as much as you want really. The b6 on the other hand should only be used a few times a week. PIck a night were u want to lucid dream and use it. It's good stuff works great. The melatonin just makes u sleepy but the b6 makes for great dreams
Fyi the most melatonin i've taken is 3 pills, but i've heard people claming you can take 1000 mg. one or two should be enough to make you tired(i usually almost always take one).
