My first DILD after joining DV! Today I realized that whenever I had a LD I felt my body sleeping and after a while I concentrated on it and eventually woke up. After reading your tips to feel the dream body and not your body, I did exactly that. |

Good job man! I've heard of feeling the dream body to stabilize a while back but I guess I've underestimated that technique. |

DILD: 150 | DEILD: 8 | WILD: 20
Nice job |

Thanks! I'm trying to be aware of my surroundings all day (it's hard...) and do RCs every now and then. Positive thinking also helped because before I slept my last thought was that I would have a LD. It's so cool! I wish I have another LD tonight. I want to try feeling my dream body longer to maintain a higher lucidity level throughout the dream. |

Just be careful not to do RCs without thinking about what they mean, if RCs become a kind of automatic habit that can cause the RC to fail in the dream |

Good job keeping a cool head, and stabilizing the dream. That sounds like a fun dream. |
