Having fun with SP
Hey guys,
A few years ago I owned an iphone app that helped me induce self hypnosis, at the time I had no clue about LDing, but now that I think back I remember going into SP (I didnt even know it existed :D) and I thought it was amazing. Anyways yesterday I was attempting WILDing and I instantly remembered the feeling of SP.
I never got into the wild becuase it was too light in my room but the SP was amazing. Firstly all my body parts felt half paralyzed as if I could move them if I wanted but it would take much effort. As I concentrated on this feeling it felt as if I was flying a 100 metres a second and I started gradually vibrating like a jack-hammer. After the I broke my SP by accident I tried it a few more times becuase the sensation is unreal!!!
Anyone else ever have fun with SP?

It is a cool feeling. I think of it as another kind of dream to be enjoyed. The hallucinations seem so real.

When you begin to vibrate and hear loud noises you could also be about to astral project.

What exactly is astral projection?

It is when you leave your body in an energetic form. Children are thought to do this fairly regularly then they loose the ability once they reach a certain age where "reality" kicks in. It is also referred to interchangeable as an "Out of Body Experience" or OBE.
The general process is this... You are meditating, or sitting back in a chair to project, you body falls asleep, you feel vibrations, may or may not hear loud noises, conversations, other stuff, the vibrations may grow in intensity, your body is in SP (you can actually put your body to sleep when you want to project), and once you feel the vibrations you can state a command like, "Float now!" or "Now I leave my body!" and you will leave your physical body. Some people find a silver cord connecting their physical body to their energetic body. You may not be able to see, because you don't see with your eyes in your energetic body, so you have to state a command for that too, "Now I see!" From there you can visit the astral planes, or simply wander around the physical realm and watch your friends going about their daily activities.
