My most recent experience with Sleep Paralysis

So yeah, Hi.

This is what happen:

Last night I decided to try Sleep Paralysis, i have done it a couple of times before, 9-10 maybe, sometimes nothing has happen, sometimes strange stuff happen.

Last night/a few hours ago/ this happend

I did all the standard stuff but then i sneezed or something, so I changed position and thought I'd just go back to sleep.

And so i started dreaming, i was first out in the jungle, wandering around aimlessly, I don't remember much from this part. and then i remember walking out from my room back home.

And so the dream progressed, and I somehow ended up in a bus with 3 other people, I can no longer remember their faces but we were going somewhere. And then it began.
Whispering, i remember asking the people I was with if they could hear it but diden't get any answer.

The people I was with started talking but I coulden't hear what they were saying because of the whispers, constantly there, in the back of my head. so then I started getting frustrated. I closed my eyes in the dream and put full focus on hearing what the whispers were saying, i started feeling weird. The words they were speaking did not make any sense to me but still I could feel that they were not good, it felt, sort of evil.

And then i could hear one word, Misery, it was the only word i could understand from what they were saying. and then everything inside the dream started spinning, the whispers were now screams in my ears and the wind was blowing in my hair. I open my eyes and i see 3 rotten/dead faces/heads right above my face as i am back in bed.

I try communicating with these things, but i get nothing, they are just looking at me and i can almost feel the hate. Why they hate me i do not know.

And then I see an other face, a woman, she is beautiful. She began glowing stronger and stronger, blocking out the 3 other faces, until there is nothing else i can see, her face becomes etched into my eyes and then i start moving my arms/upperbody right up. It feels like the weight of a ton.

I look at the clock, expecting it to be around 12.00-14.00.
it was 05.35, and when i started it was around 4.00.

And now, maybe 1½ hour later, i still see her face in detail before my eyes, if I had any skill with a pencil i would have draw it. I do not know this woman, but i could probably recognize her in a crowd now.

Wow...that must have been very frightening to see those faces! The beautiful face may have been your guardian angel. I work with angels. They are our protectors and often come in dreams. They do not really have wings. There are many forums and stories about angels on the Internet.

When I was in my 20's I used to binge on beer and I also shoplifted...nothing big...just leather gloves and clothes. I had a demon type entity like your faces try to choke me and literally pull me under the bed. It was very real. I could not move or scream or fight back. I stopped shoplifting after that and never have sence.

If you are engaging in any immoral behavior the demons might have come. But that is just my opinion from personal experience. I have not had the type of nightmare like I had after I quit stealing. Whatever our problems are, there is always the force of good that will defeat the evil...both as helpers and guides and within our own selves.
