Help with MILD (think I had it)
Ok, Last night I tried to MILD but without sleeping for 5 hours first.. I tried to do it just as I was falling asleep..
Ok I started out just laying there doing those relaxation techniques.. I do one where I pretend there is like a scanner coming up my body from my feet first. And when it passes over each body part it tingles and becomes paralyzed. And when it happens IT ACTUALLY TINGLES! Ok sooo after that I just layed there just jumping around through thoughts of environments where I thought I could possibly start.. So after like 10 min I was laying in this field of tall grass and I was imagining the wind blowing and the grass was like rustling up againts me. Then all the suddent my body got all tingly and kinda shook a lil and twitchy. Not only that but the images I was imagining got all weird. They didnt get more clear but they kinda like... became darker like a chalk drawing but it was a very SHARP chalk drawing.. I think I could see my eyes opening a lil too... like flickering...
This whole thing really freaked me out.. but the whole time I was like.. "Gotta stay relaxed"
Anyone got comments... please tell me what u think.
