I haven't really changed my routines, the only other meds i've been taking are fish oil and a daily vitamin and i stopped taking those a week ago and still nothing. I can't even remember anything after i take a nap and go right into REM. I sense I've been dreaming but i can't recall a single detail. I found out i have a vitamin D deficiency but i haven't read anything that links that to dreams or any brain processes. I really miss my dreams, my life is pretty ho-hum and even if i can't get lucid my dreams are always exciting and interesting. I've also recently had problems with WILDs. I get to the point where my body falls asleep and i can start to get into a dream but i keep getting pushed out and wake up soon after my attempts. |
