Thread: ☾ The Warriors Of Dreamviews ☽ - Its time to fight

I like these. Simple and exciting. I might put some effort into this, sometime.

Ill make these one of my goals. It helps me lets me visit some nice places around the world and have a bit of fun as well. do you know how i can center all the text by hthe way? ill be trying to update this often or maybe come up with a more creative name. When it comes to thread making, i suck xD

When i read the thread title, i was hoping like hell that the thread would be exactly like this!
Very interesting idea, ima definitely dream up this scenario next time.

Well count me in, i am a dream warrior that thinks before i attack, i seen those scene pictures you put up, there is one that i or us for that matter needs to avoid is the volcano area. I do not like being near volcanos in dreams, plus in fights in dreams who knows how these groups of people can do in a dream, they might and can manipulate things in the dream. So if it was me i over think plans before i go for the kill. I might succeed in this for i have fought only 1 powerful fighter that felt like i was fighting tons at the moment.
One time i had large groups of people coming to me in attack mode but i only had a magical power that worked and i created a snake that scared them off, i don't know how but it did lol.

Glad to see the thread didnt die! I'll add some more tasks when people have completed one or two.

Dream warrior Dutchraptor at your service, I will join the war in my next LD.

Once I start getting back into the swing of things in the world of lucid dreaming I'll enlist. sort of doing poorly with dream recall atm.

This seems interesting ^^ If I remember in my next lucid dream, I'll try to do this!

I will consider adding my efforts as well.


As for centering text, the easiest way is to click the Go Advanced button at the bottom of the thread by the Reply box.

From there, it's easy.


Just press this button with the text highlighted that you want to center. It works for images also.

Hey this sounds interesting. Once i can get back to lucid dreaming i will be sure to try this also i was bored and made a little picture of what i kind of see a anti-lucid dreamer in my mind. (also i forgot the red glow D: but oh well)

Anyone ever seen the movie Equilibrium, with the anti emotion police. Thats who imagine im fighting .

I gave this a shot the other night. Went to sleep trying to incubate the Hawaiian volcano setting. Was thinking of myself being high up on the volcano, with the ocean around me, feeling close to the clouds. I had some pretty good HI going, and was feeling like I was close to WILDING, but ended up falling asleep. Fell into a non-lucid dream about helping the Avengers fight an enemy faction, thousands of feet above the landscape. It was a failure, but it was a fun one, so I thought I'd share.

Dream Fragment Two:
(I was attempting to do one of the Dream Warrior task on the volcano.)
The first thing I remember about this dream was being in a high, mid-air battle between the Avengers and some enemy faction. I was helping out the Avengers, and apparently had the ability to fly, but I simply cannot remember whether or not I was lucid. The enemy had its own hellicarrier type of vehicle. It was gigantic, but instead of an aircraft carrier, it looked more like Col. Quaritch's vehicle from Avatar. I could see patches of brown from the ground, far below (but I couldn't tell whether or not I was near a volcano), and nothing but air and a lower plane of clouds between it and me.While some of others were battling in the space around the vessel, a teammate and I dropped down to the deck of the ship, battling a few armed guards. The last thing I remember is climbing down one of the ladders on the sides of the ship and heading toward the interior.

When you wrote the "about the volcano" section, i knew that would happen before your battle started, and hence my former post here i said i would avoid volcano areas because the enemies do have tricks up their sleeves

Was able to join in on the Grand Canyon battle, but unfortunately I don't remember very much of the experience.

"Canyon Rock"

(There was so much in this dream that I don't remember. =/ I know that I was trying to complete the Grand Canyon task in the "Warriors of Dreamviews" thread, and that I became lucid at many points throughout the dream, but there is so much that was just plain forgotten...)

Most of the 'beginning' of the dream was just exploratory; walking around the streets at night. Not sure what city I was in. During this time, I became lucid. I remember being in a park area and trying to walk through a chain-link fence. It kept resisting, as if this were waking life, even though I kept reminding myself that it was a dream. I tried to relax a little bit and sort of 'forget' about the fence, in order to walk through it. I began to sink into it a little bit, but I was still having a lot of trouble actually getting through it. On the other side of the fence, I could see a man standing across the street. He was laughing at me, watching me try to walk through this fence, and it beginning to agitate me.

With a bit more determination, I forced myself through the fence - without breaking it, I believe, but am not sure - and walked over to this guy. Unfortunately, I can't remember quite how I exacted my revenge on him, but I did.

Later, I was in someone's apartment, again just wandering around, taking in the lucid scenery, thinking of what to do next. Throughout the dream, I used the nose-plug reality check often, which was fresh in my mind after having been talking to IvyCloud about it, keeping me attuned to the fact that I was still dreaming. Looking at the bed, I noticed that the sheets were the color of sand, which made me think of a desert. I then thought about the Dream Warriors task, and that one of them was in the Grand Canyon. Trying to figure the best way of teleporting to that kind of scene, I ended up just staring at the bedsheets, letting the print fill my field of vision. Soon, it was like I was looking down upon a desert area, from the sky. The image grew wider and closer in my perspective, until my feet touched down upon the sand as if I had just dropped out of flight. Raising my eyes to my surroundings, I saw that I was suddenly in the wide, yellow desert surrounding the canyon, and there was a fierce battle raging around me, involving tanks, RPGs, ATV's and other toys.

The last thing I remember was doing the nose-plug check one more time, being able to breathe, and then rushing in to join the battle.

Holy **** the memories!

Dang it, four years too late! Someone should restart this with fresh concept and ideas. I'd definitely hop aboard! Of course there should be basic and advanced task like in the TotM:s , since battling is probably a lot harder for most.

You should take the project Saizaphod, I mean why not?
