Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section... But, I have got in the habbit of falling asleep at like 6:30am... Is this bad? Should I try to fix this or is when you fall asleep no big deal. Im sure it is a big deal so ust let me know, thanks!

Well, I suppose if you fall asleep at that hour you probably have professional motives or something, but if that's not the case, it should be ok as long as you still get a good 7/8 hours of sleep.
If you can dream in the current state that you sleep with normally that means you can lucid dream in that state too.
