Keep getting Semi-Lucids
Last night, I dreamed a semi-lucid again, for the 2nd time. I can remember saying a thought to myself, "I am lucid dreaming" very calmly, thinking no excitement whatsoever but then the dream faded and my vision went to blackness for a bit. I think it was at the end of the dream because the dream lasted a while but I don't remember it properly as I didn't record it as soon as I woke up. I know it was a semi-lucid though because I wasn't fully conscious. So am I doing something wrong? I've been doing this for around 2 weeks and have gathered 2 semi-lucids, how will I go about achieving full lucidity? (My method is DILD with mantras)

After doing a reality check you must stabilize before you do anything. Stabilizing is as simple as rubbing your hands, spinning, or simply saying increase lucidity. What you are describing used to happen to me until I stabilized and it was like a rush of clarity. Hope this helped.

I will try this next time I go lucid, hopefully it makes me feel as if im actually inside the dream.

The first tip I can give you is to stay calm. Rub your hands like a mad man, keep doing that and Yell out loud "Clarity now!".
Never stop moving, touch your arm with your hand constantly and keep rubbing it, keep moving your eyes, scan everything never stare at something.
The point of all this is too keep a constant flow of perception flowing. Feel everything you possibly can, hear, see, as much as you can.
Hope this helps.

When you realize that you are dreaming then do some reality checks.

When I'm dreaming, sometimes I almost feel like I'm in third person, is it possible to get out of this? Or is it just my memory playing tricks on me?
