So close to lucidity

Two nights ago, I was doing a DDA, I was daydreaming about me walking around a water fountain in a bright town area, not much detail, just a fountain, a stone walkway. I was just focusing on circling the fountain until I fell asleep, but I didn't remember any dream at all, until I was half way through school, and remembered a few frames, me walking around a fountain in a dimly lit room, with a redish light, it sort of felt like I was looking at it through a camera.

I feel like that was my biggest sucsess in lucid dreaming so far, I tried it again last night but came up blank in the morning, probably because I slept in. But I am going to stick with this technique because I've seen results! Have some bananas for reading this far

What happned was a dream incubation. This way you can set up a dream you want to dream about. Are you practicing anything for DILDs or WILD? If you don't have a dream journal, starting one would help you get your dream recall up to par. Happy dreams

I do have a dream journal, Its more of a notepad document right now, but I just wright fragments in one of them and anything big enough gets its own little file
