My Mother's Nightmare

Lately, my mother has been telling about these dreams she has been having, these consist of her mother, grandmother and such. My father told me, sometimes it seems as if shes having a nightmare, her eyes are wide open, and looks as if her body is tense. My mom said that sometimes she can open her eyes... or see i guess since her eyes are already open... She says in both her dream and when she wakes up she can't move sometimes, or she can't wake up and is too scared during her dream... I wasnt sure if this was sleep paralysis or something else? Whatever it is, can someone give some advice so i can help her with these dreams?

Sounds like SP to me. I usually get them after nightmare too. The best way to get rid of nightmares is the get rid of the problem that causes them. Maybe she's ancious (spelling?) or stressed about something that has to do with her mother, grandmother etc. Maybe it's you even?

I don't think you can get rid of SP's though, but if the nightmares stop they will stop maybe?
