5 Lucid Dreams last night & nice supplement

So I have been here for a while and have a lot of experience. I tried a supplement that I heard about in body building forums and it was amazing for dreams. I had 5 Lucid dreams last night and many vivid dreams. This is the information for that thread I created.

However, this thread isn't meant to be about supplements. I have a questions for you guys more geared for this section. One lucid in particular was very interesting. I Kept trying to fly but could not lift off the ground.. flying seems to be my unicorn if you will.. I always have trouble flying. Have you guys ever experienced anything like this and what would you recommend for taking control of the dream and flight?

what worked for me is, finding a window, a balcony, or get a running start, and last 2 times, i used this and it worked like a charm I flew past the earths horizon:

I said out loud, confidently, "THERE IS A JET PACK THING ATTACHED OT MY FEET. COUNTDOWN 3 - 2 - 1" it was crazy. and it worked. I flew straight up though, I wasn't trying to control where I was going.

The best way I've found for me to fly has been to not overthink it, and just do what comes naturally. The last few times I was lucid, I just jumped/lifted myself into the air and started "swimming". Once I gained some height that way, I was able to control the speed and direction with my mind. It seems easier for me, since a few times, I concentrated on the fact that "okay I can totally fly it's not a big deal I do it all the time" etc, jumped out of the window with that intent in mind...and still fell right down to the ground. If you're good at summoning/changing objects, you could also try to give yourself wings, or get a creature/vehicle to fly you around if you're still having trouble.

Not for me - Dream control has never been an issue. Just do it with an attitude as if it were completely natural, you had been doing this for every day of the life.

Whenever I have trouble flying I do it slowly instead of trying to force it. I make myself levitate at first and then gradually increase the speed until I'm shooting through the sky.
