Weirdest thing happened today, What are your thoughts?

I had just hit the 2:30 feeling at like 1pm... Bad, so I went to go lay down, after laying down for a second I don't know if I was dreaming but I remember walking out of my room and as I did I looked up and I could only see a few feet in front of me, everything else was covered in a thick coat of smoke. As I looked around I said to myself "Don't worry, you must be dreaming." And then I think I preceded to do a reality test but then I was back in my bed looking at the ceiling like I was when I first was laying down, and before all this happened, while laying there my entire body felt sooooo weird like I wasn't even there, and everything was blurry. then I snapped out of it and fully woke up. So... What are your thoughts on this?

It could have been a dreamlet or a dream, possibly a lucid dream, if you realized you are dreaming. :)

The little dreams can be so interesting, and I find sleeping during those 2:30-feeling moments offers the best chances for a lucid dream, particularly once life becomes busy with work and other activities.

It does sound like a LD if you knew you were dreaming.
