Thread: Lucid Dream Experience Videos

Hi everyone I just wanted to share my lucid dreaming videos. Basically after my experiences last year I wrote everything down and now I am turning them into videos. I call the dreamworld "the phase" and make multistep plans to carry out once I enter the phase. Just before you watch them here are some words you may encounter:

The Phase = Dreamworld (only called "the phase" if you are lucid)
Deepening = Stabilizing (Making things clearer and more realistic)
Plan of Action = Goal (multistep plan to perform once in the phase, created before entry)
Ejected From/Lost The Phase = Woke Up (Back in the "real" physical world after the dreamworld fades away)

Plan of action:
1. Once in the phase go to the mirror in my bedroom.
2. Once I've seen myself quickly attempt deepening techniques such as palpation and rubbing hands together.
3. Attempt walking through my sliding door entrance to the balcony.
4. Jump off my 7th floor balcony and fly.

Plan of action:
1. Fly to the moon.

Visual demonstrations are always useful and in my opinion usually a little more interesting than reading.
