You can do whatever you like Stoned once you are lucid you can change the color of the sky if you really wanted to.
Sure, it is possible to summon a dream character just like her. But if u mean having a relationship with her, in your dreams. It's not really healthy for you, in the sense of it's not 'reality'. It's not really her.
I know it's easy to say there are more fish in the sea, but it does get better. I've been in your situation. Best thing u can do is just have fun, get your mind of her. Cause in the end you may end up with depression, if u just keep thinking about her non stop.
Do I sound bad if I say the "her" you see in your lucid is actually a projection? She's not really "her", she's just a reflection of who you think she is.
I also have this question in my mind for last few days.
You can, but you need practise first. If you get good at summoning, you can just find her easily anytime you want.
I agree, there is nothing unhealthy about it. Why shouldn't you enjoy your dreams? It's your own private world... for the most part. I have shared lucid dreams before and had someone say something to me about it, without my having told anyone. So I say the possibilities are endless as to what you can do with your mind! Best wishes.
I didn't mean that it's unhealthy to dream about a girl u like. I was more talking about the fact that you do it to a point, where it starts to interrupt your social life. Nothing wrong with having some fun in your dream, but it is a dream in the end. And it's important to understand this.
Just assuming for a moment that he isn't doing any shared dreaming with this girl, if that's even possible. Not sure if u guys see where im coming from? Just saying that in my opinion it is healthy but only to a certain point.
this person isnt a person in reality tho. thats the thing.
You can try. I wouldn't stop you from doing it. But I'm not sure how effective it will be on a long run.
Does it matter? I hear of people flying in lucid dreams all the time. We can't really fly, we never will and it's a mere fantasy. Does that mean we should stop being obcessed with it in our lucid dreams?
IMO it's not really that unhealthy unless someone develops, or already has, some kind of mental illness that leads them to reject other people in real life just because they have an imaginary person to come back to in lucid dreams.
I'd say go on, fantasise about her all you want to your heart's content. After a while you'll probably discover that you get bored of her anyway and the feelings for her dissipate, even more so if you stop seeing her for an increased period of time. For peace of mind I'd advise you to confess your feelings to her as well. Maybe when she rejects you, you'll see that she's not worth your attention; after all, if she wouldn't be good enough for you.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but IMO if someone doesn't want you, after numerous attempts and efforts on your part, they're just not worth it.
Yes you can, I did a very similar thing in real life, and It even helped me push myself so that I tried being with her in real life, but then that turned out really bad and started the greatest downfall in my life. So I don't really recommend it because Having someone always in your dreams, and knowing that they'll be gone in the morning, Starts to have a depressing side effect.
You can legitimately do anything you please. A very common thing I do is spend time with the people I love in places that we're generally unable to go to. Lucid dreaming is your free plane ticket or even space ticket to anywhere in the multiverse, my friend.
As weird as it sounds her name is Rukia kuchiki and she is from a tv show.
If this is a serious thread, and you're talking about your ex-gf or something, then I would suggest using lucid dreaming to get OVER her, not be "with" her.
If you are really in love with a cartoon character and this is ruining your life, then you do have a serious problem. Whether or not lucid dreaming could help you with that, it depends how you would utilize it.
If this is a troll thread, then please go away.
yeah and you can bang her too
No it is not anything to be suprised about, the young around us older men enjoy japanese cartoons. The style lends to devloped heroic beatiful fantasy people. As an adult I still find some of the cartoon charectors alluring.
Now we arevtalking about going aware into the world od dreams, why the hell shouldn't he plan on having a lovely exotic fantasy cartoon woman for is date? Sound just as valid as any other cool dream.
I would agree that if she was a real person something may be in need of counsaling.
I understand.
She looks lovely, I see why now.
I've been through something similar, to love a person I can never be with, she's real but our paths will never meet, after sometime you need to realise this love bears no fruits but it's good to have something to hold on to.
Yah this turned gay quick. I'll just lucid dream to be a badass nd fly around hahahahahaha
Lol... I'm not sure anymore if this guy is serious or not...
Personally i would never be interested in a cartoon character, especially an anime one... But still, it's your dream, do whatever you like.
Summoning anime characters is really fun. Especially when they look animated in the dream. They appear to be flat just like they are when you see them on a screen, but at the same time they have real depth. You walk around them and every angle looks perfectly natural. It's a total contradiction but for some reason it looks perfect in the dream.
Ekyu, I understand you! Obsession to the exclusion of waking life is never a good thing. Of course, now this whole thread has changed in 24 brief hours, and the girl is not an actual person but a cartoon. I have heard of this sort of thing happening before. A girl I went to school with used to be "in love" with Freddie from Scooby Doo. It sounded strange to me because I had never fallen for a cartoon character, but I guess it happens. If this guy is serious, then I suppose it okay for him to dream about her; I would recommend though that he get out in the waking world and look for girl with qualities like the girl he dreams about. If he is just joking, may his cartoon mistress haunt his dreams for the next year! Just kidding! :cheeky:
I feel like this is a jab based on something I've said in the past. :cheeky:
The only way to avoid planting false expectations is to never discuss dream experiences with anyone. There are experiences I've had that I wouldn't share with a newbie that doesn't yet know what dream control is all about. This is not one of those experiences. It's really cool to see the visual contradiction that can occur with animated characters in a dream and I don't see how sharing this could hinder another persons abilities.
I believe most of us have dreamt of cartoon characters or game characters in non-lucids before. So I doubt it will affect much. True that seeing them in real flesh is not always the case, why I have been pixelated in my dream before and then everyone in the environment turned to "flesh" together.
You guys aren't getting it. I'm psyched about the whole lucid dreaming thing. I can give a rats ass about cartoon. She was just my first idea of summoning something. Iv read slot on this website and I'm extremely interested. The last couple nights I have been trying to remember my dreams but I gave such a hard time in the mornIng trying too. Anyone have some real advice for me?
a Dream Journal will really help your Dream recall, and also When i wake up If I know I had a dream I make myself stay awake and think about the dream unless your trying DEILD, and even then when I'm done I just sit still till I have all the memories I think I can get out of the Dream.
That was a quick attitude change, haha...but yeah, in that case if you still wanna summon her, it's totally possible and there's nothing wrong with that. If you're having trouble with dream recall, make sure you've read this, and maybe some threads in the recall forum. But at the very least - start a dream journal and write down as many details as you can possibly remember (even if there are hardly any at the moment), and as long as you stick with it every day, you should start to see results soon. ^^
If you have trouble summoning her, ask a DC where she is. Another option, before entering a room tell yourself that she is in that room waiting for you. Feel free to tell DCs around you the same thing to solidify it.
^ That.
It's an obvious way of trying to back out of this now... :)
I literally wrote out a paragraph, got curious, scrolled up, found the character you want to be with in your dreams and just cleared my entire post. Can't tell if troll.
hes trolling, i privet messaged him and asked. some people have no purpose of their time these days. dont understand why this thread is so popular. sooo useless
You wasted our sympathy.
Go Google your advice on lucid dreaming and dream recalling.
This is the view of most people about getting romantically involved with dream characters. I disagree. I don't think anyone can determine it to be unhealthy. It's as healthy as sleeping. Nothing more. You're free to do what you wish in your dreams, and pursue relationships in real life too. If your next girlfriend thinks you having a dream girlfriend is cheating... Don't tell her. Because it's not cheating and what happens inside your own mind is your own business.Quote:
Sure, it is possible to summon a dream character just like her. But if u mean having a relationship with her, in your dreams. It's not really healthy for you, in the sense of it's not 'reality'. It's not really her.
As far as you getting obsessed with an imaginary girlfriend and not wanting to seek out real girlfriends... If it works for you and doesn't cause premature death... It's healthy enough.
I believe we should be able to harness the power of our minds, and use it for whatever the hell we want to.
No difference between having a day dream about being with a girl and having an actual lucid dream about being with that girl other than the realism. Nothing wrong with that. When I was younger I was into some anime girls too. I think Bulma from dragonball z was one of them. Personally if I summoned an anime girl I would think she would become a human version. Both are good. Just have fun and don't worry about it :D
I wanna see a Stoned Soul Reaper in my dreams
Is this possible. Can i do that.
Wait a second. Are you serious? Haha LSD
