Some very interestng questions
Hello, as my first post, I probably should have introduced myself, but I must get these questions off my mind.
The first question, I always think about this every day, is When conducting a WILD, you lay there, and essentially wait for the sleep paralysis wave to roll in, yet maintain awareness and enter a dream. But what if you didn't enter a dream? Say you just lay there, watching your room as your body is in REM. If you stayed that way the entire night and broke out of SP in the morning, would you have received a full nights rest?
But obviously, most of us are here to enter a dream, not lay in your bed in SP he whole night. Just curious.
My second question is, whenever I try to WILD, I will lay there, and I will receive various sensations. I will do all the instructions right, and will be very relaxed. However, I shall only get sensations of...well, it's odd. One sensation is like having your chest or leg poked and a ripple of this...ticklish feeling spreading. This sensation usually lasts until I give up and move a bit. Another sensation feel almost like SP, but it's very light. I'm thinking it may be light paralysis, or maybe partial paralysis. They're very odd, and it's very interesting to see if anyone can explain what these sensations are.
My third question, trying to see if anyone can give me a good description, is: "What does SP actually feel like?" As far as i know, it's like a wave spreading over your body, so you can't move, or is very hard to move. Does it make your body feel numb? And exactly, how hard is it to move? I know i have experienced light paralysis, and could never evolve it into full-on SP.
My fourth question is: I have a cat. Two cats, but just one in particular. He's very cute, but it's like my bed is his house. (We allow pets on the furniture because they dont shed at all, or hardly) I have a window by my bed, and my cat loved to go from the foot of my bed, along to the side of my bed, and to the window. I can feel this whenever he does it, and he does it often. Will the feeling of my bed shaking, and my cat's fur reset my attempts at achieving SP?
Any help answering these question would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
