Well along time ago I had a dream that I just remebered and I had like powers to do anything I wanted like out of nowhere a ice cream would appear in my hand but the thing was I didnt know I was dreaming what would that be considered...a good dream?

im not quite sure...u may have just thought u had powers...to become lucid u have to find out u are dreaming..like tell urself "I'am dreaming" or say "Am i dreaming" but who knows it may have been..again, im no expert

I'm not even sure a lucid dream is a lucid dream. Since perhaps we are just dreaming we are lucid. But I won't get complicated on you.

.........ahhh yes perhaps what a TRUE lucid is not even thinking u are dreaming, but KNOWing in a fully mentally awake state. i think
Lucid Dreaming is defined as Knowing you are dreaming.So unless you know that its a dream while your dreaming, its technically not a lucid dream.
What you have though, is good dream control, and I know from personal experiance you dont have to be lucid to have dream control.If you do have a lucid dream though, I suspect you'll be able to execute more control than alot of other people who have them.
