This has happened twice now. Last night I had 5 dreams. I woke up after each one and took notes. This morning I had notes for three dreams. I very much remember taking notes for all five.
My wounded excitement has taught me to RC after waking up.
Does false awakening count as a lucid or is it a techical fault?
Lucid dreaming only counts when u know ur dreaming while in a dream. False awakenings are a good way to become lucid, but didn't seem like u realised u where dreaming while in it, So it doesn't count im afraid.
I would say the same thing as Ekyu above. False awakenings happen to most people. It's not a bad thing, just not lucidity.
It's promising that your mind is dreaming of recording your dreams. Chances are lucidity will follow soon.
I feel like I caught two logs instead of fish. I've had one very actual lucid already and it was the best thing since sliced bread. To just think, instead of taking notes I could have rode a triceratop AND had sex with Beyonce.
