Did i lucid dream?

Here is my dream:

I was at home putting on skates, i skated a while and went to a friends house (tung). I returned home and i got busted for putting on someone elses skates lol.

the dream switched and i was in a town that was in panic.. There was a disaster but i didn't really realise what was going on. But then i realised this is a dream and i looked at my hands.. which were changing colors and shapes xD.
I flew around a bit and remembered to stay calm otherwise i'd wake up. I also remember vague that i was like bending like the avatar series xD but that was for a little moment.

The dream switched and i was at a party (I lost control over my dream because i didnt realise it was a dream anymore)
i played some football and met a girl O_o but i went to bed..

Was it a Lucid Dream? O_o or did i dream i could control it xD

Well it was still quite vague i realised it was a dream but still had trouble controlling what i did.. if u know what i mean.

It was still a lucid dream. A lucid dream is any dream in which you are aware you are dreaming, regardless of your level of control.

So.. U can Lucid dream without going through Sleep Para? I mean i've had them and i find them quite terrifying.. So if u just can train yourself to check if ur dreaming in your dream you can go Lucid?

Yeah, you only go through SP when you WILD.

You don't go through sleep paralysis if you suddenly realise you're dreaming which is called: DILD (Dream induced lucid dream). That's what happened to you. But what fennecgirl said is right, if you WILD you'll get sleep paralysis. :)
