Are you able to enter a LD from AP?

I feel like Lucid Dreaming, but I know I can Astral Project much easier and I wanted to know if you can enter Lucidity in your brain from an Astral Projection. Like, can you float into your mind with your astral body then be in your current dream concious? Or how do you do it?
