      Can't stay asleep...

      So as of now, I have had about 3 lucid dreams. All of which involve me realizing I am in a dream, then I feel a fuzzy/tingling feeling around my body , before I finally wake up. (I feel like I may be in slight sleep paralysis, but I always end up waking up completely).

      What are some techniques to remain asleep after realizing I am in a dream? Thanks.
