Thread: Having friends that are dreamcharacters ...?

I literally just woke up from a lucid dream, it was not the most vivid and controlled one, but very interesting nonetheless.(For me at last) Dont mind the spelling i just want to write this down fast, just woke up 4 min ago.


So it began on this ship, a camouflaged ship in WW2 the bad guys spotted me, i had to escape, i went down to the bottom of the ship, opened a hatch and swam away, i got to shore started running and bam it kicked in! I was lucid!


I ran some more got to a field, and there was this group of people there, i told them we were all dreaming and we could do what we wanted. This is the part where i now realise it was not my most controlled dream, i thought these people were real and dreaming too, i did however knew we were in a dreamworld.

I started to explain and guide them, told them we could do anything we wanted! I got into a fight with one of them because he just wanted to relax, and i freaked out saying come on man we can do anything we want and you want to hang out?

So yeah they actually hung out for a bit and i went to explore some stuff, i talked to lots of dreamcharacters, asking them if they knew they were in my dream, they all looked at me like some insane dude ofcourse.

Then i met John Lennon asked him as well, he said something like " now that would be rather peculiar would it now son?" I told him damnit John im kinda dissapointed.

I got back to my group, and taught them to fly a bit, i said i have had lucid dreams where i can fly at Superman speed but now i only seem to hover and fly at running speed. Then i remembered a task of the month thing i read here, and yelled to the group "Guys!! Who wants to go to the Titanic and experience the sinking of it live and firsthand???"

None wanted to go so i got mad, and said to them well you guys stay here and be boring i'll fly to the stars, and when i get back i'll go to the goddamn Titanic.

Thats where i started to blur out a bit i think, cause all of the sudden there were these huge tornados in the distance. My dream faded and i got carried away thinking it was real .. so in other words normal dream.

My dream skips a bit and im with two of those people in a room, and suddenly it kicks again, i say hi. I look outside and these tornados are there again, i tell them and they are convinced they are real, i tell them its all in our dream and not real.

They ask me if i could check as in wake myself look out the window and come back, i told them i can try that but im not sure if i'll be able to come back. I check the time and it was 13:46. And i say well sure, i still got some time. I wake myself up and yeah no tornados ofcourse. But i felt a little sad that i wont get to see them ever again .. very weird.


So yeah sorry for the huge backstory this looks more of a Dreamjournal entry. But the reason for this thread is: Have you ever felt you bonded or build some form of a friendship relation in a Lucid Dream? Like a companion you had with you, only to never see them again?
