3 Questions regarding Lucid Dreaming?
I have three questions regarding Lucid Dreaming:
1. How can you induce Lucid Dreaming through Sleep Paralysis?
Early this morning I had SP, I usually fight the feeling until I snap out of it, but I tried a different approach this time and calmed myself down, wiggled my toes a bit and tried to give into the feeling but then I suddenly felt like I was choking/couldn't breathe so I 'woke up' in a fright. So how can I avoid waking myself up/snapping out the feeling and start LD? (I did a few reality checks to see if I was really awake)
2. Similar to above question;
How can I avoid waking up everytime I get near to LD?
About two nights ago as I fell asleep I heard a whisper in my ear saying "Wake up, you're sleeping" and opened my eyes and was fully awake (did reality checks to see if I was awake or asleep)
3. Why do I start feeling light, like i'm floating before I fall asleep?
I sometimes lie in bed and meditate before I fall asleep, during this process (or I think it's a few seconds before I fall asleep) I start feeling very light, like I'm about to start floating off my bed and my ears start blocking off any excess noise (like background talking/noises get silenced). Is this related to the meditation or am I about to start LD? :sleepmeditate2:
Thanks.
