Thread: controling heart rate

hello everyone,
I have this problem everytime i try to wild. As soon im about to enter sp(my head usually gets dizzy and i feel like im in carousel), my scumbag heart just begins to beat very fast with no reason, not allowing me to fall asleep.usually this happens when i trying to stay focused and not leting my mind to wander.but if i just let my thoughts to come and go, mostly i fall asleep into non lucid dream.
Anyone has same problem?i think, this is my only obstacle to sucessful wilds.i just cant help it.
