Lucid Dreaming !
Hello guys! Im completely new too this forum. I'm a 22 year old dude from Norway:)
After some 'research' on the internet I have found out that its very easy for me to lucid dreaming, eventhoug i dont really get the hang of it.
Reason I belive its easy for me is that I fall into that scary ass hallucuinating state very easily, I often do it not even trying. It is really scary and fucked up as hell!
Just the other night I had this little white girl crying on my bed and then started too crawl towards me and smiling....I was scared too hell and wanted too cry and scream but I couldnt since my body was asleep.
Now my question is, it have happened like 2-3 times that I actually manage too go from the "hell" stage too the actual lucid dreaming, where I pretty much can controll everything. (did reality checks like checking fingrs and asking the people in the dream how I got there).
But can you people tell me what I really should do when that "hell" starte starts? It is very troublesome so I really wanna just wanna escape it, but If i can lucid dream then thats a bonus!
Hoping for answers and I'm hoping you arent completely tired of these kinda noob posts.

The "hell" state is actually called sleep paralysis and it is completely harmless. Lucid dreamers often try to induce this state by using various methods. The main method is called the WILD method. Also, during sleep paralysis your mind is conscious but your body is asleep and paralyzed. Also, during this state you may experience vibrations, and something called Hypnogogic Imagery(HI). This phenomena commonly occurs during sleep paralysis and you may see hallucinations if you open your eyes, such as the girl crying. The thing about hypnogogic imagery is that it is only scary if you think its going to be scary. Its all based on expectation. You see the creepy girl crying because you call sleep paralysis the "hell" state xD. Don't dislike sleep paralysis as it is harmless and is only there to help you get into a lucid dream! To transition into a lucid dream from sleep paralysis, you can either think of a dreamscape and you will eventually reach it, or simply observe the flashing lights and images behind your closed eyes(Also called Hypnogogic Imagery). As a final note, if you ever feel you want to leave sleep paralysis, just hold your breath and wiggle your toes. This will help your body wake up. But don't be scared of sleep paralysis, embrace it!
