How extend time in lucidity?
recently iv been doing WILDs and DILD's but i seems to be getting caught up in my breathing, and the breathing pattern breaks where i have to take over and as soon as i try to control my breathing i seem to wake up.
What technique do people use to get the automatic breathing pattern happening? is it just matter of attention? as in keeping attention away from breathing and just keeping in on the dream landscape? does it matter what position your sleeping in?
also like the concepts explained in Inception the movie, does going into a dream from a dream slow down time more where 1 minute of real life time translates into 1 hour dream time etc? can you maintain lucidity as long as you want (provided nothing external wakes you up) by just maintaining focus/attention on the dream scape while maintaining awareness of lucidity?
