On Auto Suggestion

has anyone used it? iv recently downloaded an app for my android that autosuggests in your givin time frame, have yet to use it, will post after results. so yeah, anyone find autosug usefull?

It's extremely useful, without it its quite hard to wake up during the night without an alarm, and it gives people confidence in their dreams.

Yes, some people have some great success with it. I use auto suggestion to wake up in the middle of the night without an alarm and it usually works. Using auto suggestion to get a lucid dream doesn't work for me so well, but it might for you! Good luck with the app!

I use autosuggestion in the form of mantras before bed, too. Not only does it help me wake up naturally, it pretty much helps me achieve anything I want to do. I use autosuggestion to remember my goals in dreams, and most importantly, I use autosuggestion to help me recall my dreams in the morning.
