Dreaming about not sleeping. Advice?
I have almost completely overcome poor sleep (insomnia-type) by totally reorganising my life (over 5 years). I think the last remaining problem is somehow related to LD. Details are:
- Occasionally feel slightly anxious (about sleep) prior to bed
- Sleep fine until about 3am
- After 3am, I have a restless, disturbed sleep. At some deep level I am convinced that I am not sleeping, however when I become more conscious, I realise that I have been dreaming extensively and MUST have been sleeping!
Any advice would be appreciated.

why do u feel anxious? is it a pysical problem? if not... STOP IT!
if u think u are awake but really sleeping then thats really close if not an LD. take advantage of this then try to control your dreams man. if ur not sure if ur awake or not do reality checks to make sure u are getting enough sleep. come on man
