Hey man, I definitely agree that while lucidity is awesome, being fully conscious, yet fully immersed in the dream world is one of the most amazing, invigorating things ever. I also love turning into a werewolf! It was actually one of the first things I did-- in my very first lucid, actually. It's amazing how the mind can imagine running so fluidly on all fours like that! (not to mention the feeling of transforming...so strange!)
I had a dream a month or two back that began as me being a werewolf-- though I was still in human form, I hadn't turned yet-- and i was being chased by a bunch of villagers through the woods. It was set in the mid 1800's or so. After running wildly through the woods in the dark, I hid behind a tree...and everything turned quiet and I waited, hearing nothing but my own heavy breathing and pounding heart. Suddenly I heard someone say " Got ya!" and I was knocked unconscious. When I came to, I was in a jail cell, and I became lucid, broke through the bars, and decided that since they were expecting a werewolf, I might as well show them a werewolf. >:3 needless to say, I fucked shit up.
I also had a dream, about a year ago, that I was a Father! (I've never had a kid, and probably never will) It was incredible. I was 100% conscious (as in, I remember all my thoughts, feelings, and all the details) but I was convinced that this 10/12 year old boy was my son. We were in a small town in the middle of a giant snowfield, with icey mountains around us. A massive, end-of-the-world type snow storm blew through, and I panicked and grabbed my son, fearing for his safety.
Amidst huddling in the small shack, there was this little girl, a bit younger that the kid who I called son, who was stranded, crying and frightened in the snowstorm. I was so concerned for my sons safety that I selfishly left her out there...I felt terrible, but I did not want to risk letting go of my son, nor risk going out there myself. My son then jerked away from my arms and ran outside to grab her himself, and bring her in. i remember yelling out as he ran away, and he did so just as the rough part of the storm was reaching us.
I woke up feeling like such a coward, knowing that I was about to leave that little girl out to the storm. She surely would have died, as the storm had completely torn away half of the shack, and most of the roof. It was one of the most incredible non-lucid dreams I've ever had.
