      Outside forces in dreams?

I meant to post this when the dream was a little more fresh on my mind but I didn't get to.

Anyway, the dream I had was really odd, it started off as a typical dream, I think I was walking through a house. It might have been my own. I know it ended up with me walking into the kitchen though. Then a blonde woman appears, I believe she had a blue suit on, almost like scrubs or something but I'm not certain. She was holding a red lance-like device with an injection mechanism at the end, whenever she pressed a button the needle at the end of the lance would move forward.

She said something to me and then I said something to the extent of "get away from me". I go to pick up a broom in the corner, I think for a second of whether to try and fend her off with the handle of the broom or the straw part, I opt for the straw. She lunges at me and I strike the needle down once but she recovers and ends up sticking my hand between the pinkie and ring finger.

At first I feel like the needle didn't have an effect. I open the door and start to run away. She does not chase me, but she does follow enough so that she can keep watching. The drug takes effect just a few seconds later, I start to feel sluggish and my limbs begin to weigh more and more, eventually I collapse. The second I collapsed in the dream I actually woke up.

Some further info, I'm not really afraid of needles or anything so it's not really a phobia of mine. Oddly enough I've always had a mark, a needle mark like scar in the exact same place she injected me.

What the dream really felt like was I was going through the paces in the beginning, so to speak, just walking around my house. Sort of like my mind was running through a screensaver or something. The reason it stood out is because the blonde nurse/doctor or whatever she was felt like a very distinct presence, separate from the rest of the dream. She did not seem entirely malicious. It was more like she was simply on a mission, did the deed, and then it was over.

That is really interesting. This can mean one of two things!

One: Your mind is being creative and merely simulating different situations in which you could have attained the needle mark.

      OR

Two: You were abducted when you were young, experimented on, and then set free after taking away your memory -- and your subconscious is slowly remembering pieces of your past!

Nahh, totally messing But it IS very interesting though. Has anything like this happened before?

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.
