I don't understand the question unless "will"="while"...

And yes, you can talk with your subconscious while lucid dreaming. This state of consciousness is great because you have access both to your conscious and subconscious mind. I think dream characters represent your subconscious, so if you go and talk with one of them, you're practically talking with your subconscious.
