I had a nap on the couch (it was 3 in the afternoon) and was lying there and suddenly I felt a large falling sensation before waking up. Then I decided to have a nap in bed so I went to bed so I lyed there for 15 mins before feeling my hand suddenly tighten and a flashing vision this scarred the sh** out of me And I wiggled my fingers( in case it was paralysis) and threw myself up.:shock:

Falling sensation you get as you are falling asleep. You would benefit from reading WILD lessons. Then you would know what you can expect and not get scared, which usually messes up your WILD attempt.
But yes, those are HH (hypnogogic hallucinations). It just means, that you are aware of sensations, that you normally don't feel, because by then you are asleep. Can't hurt you in any way.
